Statistics – Hypothesis Test
The mean heart rate(beats per
minute) for a random sample of 31 patients with congestive heart failure who
were given Captopril was 752 bpm, and the standard deviation was 27 bpm The
random sample of 31 patients who were given Nitroprusside had a mean heart rate
of 774 bpm and a standard deviation of 24 bpm Test the hypothesis at the 01
level that there’s no difference in heart rate for the population of patients
given Captpril and those give Nitroprusside
